The U.S. Women’s National Team returns to the Orlando Citrus Bowl for the first time since 2013 as part of the 10-match Victory Tour to celebrate the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup championship. Orlando City SC and the City of Orlando, with the support of the Central Florida Sports Commission and Florida Citrus Sports, have partnered to host the World Cup champions as they face historic rivals and current sixth-ranked global soccer power Brazil on October 25. Kick-off is set for 3 p.m. ET.
Florida Citrus Sports is opening up the sideline clubs of the new Orlando Citrus Bowl Stadium for a series of special "open house"events for anyone interested in membership with the organization. Open houses will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20; Thursday, September 17 and Tuesday, October 20.
Florida State Director of Athletics Stan Wilcox announced today that the Seminoles will play their 2016 spring football game at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla. FSU has partnered with Florida Citrus Sports (FCSports) for the game scheduled for Saturday, April 9, with kick off set for 5:00 p.m.
With college football right around the corner, Florida Citrus Sports has begun preparing for its most popular membership committee this year, the Team Selection Committee. Representing Florida Citrus Sports and our bowl games, members of the Team Selection Committee will travel across the country to different campuses of the ACC, SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12 all season long. Members will meet with fans and staff from partner schools to promote Orlando as a bowl destination and continue to spread the word of the new Orlando Citrus Bowl Stadium.
The dates for the 2015 Russell Athletic Bowl and the 2016 Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl, the centerpieces of Orlando Bowl Week, have been set.
Tickets to both games are available now through Florida Citrus Sports membership ticket packages. FCSports members have priority access to the best available seats, including the Orlando Citrus Bowl’s new sideline clubs other premium areas.
